WWE officials have reportedly been in discussions of changing the annual Slammy Awards into a standalone event instead of having it as an episode of RAW. The event would not air on RAW, but rather be a WWE Network exclusive event. The event would stay in the month of December.
Think of it just like the Hall of Fame ceremony. WWE would hold it in a smaller theater-type venue instead of a major arena.
