According to a report from ABC affiliate WKBW out of Buffalo, NY, 20-year-old Jonah Snyder has unfortunately passed away after being transported to a nearby hospital after going into cardiac arrest after feeling ill during training at Seth Rollins’ Wrestling Academy.
Snyder reportedly fell ill while training and was told to sit down by trainers, however, his condition worsened and he eventually went into cardiac arrest upon paramedic’s arrival. Snyder’s high school wrestling coach had this to say:
“I think he was set on becoming a professional wrestler,” said Dave Recor, Snyder’s high school wrestling coach. “He was chasing his dream.”
The autopsy report returned inconclusive.
