In a recent interview with TMZ, professional wrestler The Miz reflected on his relationship with Stephanie McMahon. He credited her for greenlighting the idea of “The Dirt Sheet,” a web show he hosted with his tag team partner John Morrison in 2008. Miz said that Stephanie was one of the only executives who approved the idea and that it served as a blueprint for WWE’s content on YouTube. He said, “That one thing turned into one of the biggest YouTube channels” and that “she was the reason behind all that happening.” Miz also mentioned that Stephanie was always someone he could talk to and pitched ideas to, and when she was head of creative, she gave them the freedom to create the show and it became a model for what WWE’s YouTube channel is today.
