Melania Trump Caught ‘Trolling’ On Internet By…

During her time as the First Lady, Melania Trump was reportedly more focused on herself than on her official duties, according to revelations from the new book “American Woman: The Transformation of the Modern First Lady, from Hillary Clinton to Jill Biden” by Katie Rogers. The book claims that Melania was particularly interested in finding articles about herself on the internet.

Rogers shared insights from a conversation with Stephanie Grisham, a former aide to Melania and White House press secretary, who disclosed Melania’s perspective on the role. Grisham mentioned that Melania often asserted, “This is our office, we do our own thing,” emphasizing the voluntary nature of the First Lady role, where there are no strict rules or payment. The book suggests that Melania enjoyed the ceremonial aspects of being the First Lady, such as putting the first lady logo on items and participating in official events, but disliked the scrutiny that came with it. Melania was described as being obsessive about headlines and reportedly monitored internet coverage of herself and her husband.

The book delves into the dynamics of Melania and Donald Trump’s relationship during their time in the White House. It reveals that the couple had disagreements, particularly when Melania learned about her husband’s alleged payment to Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about their alleged affair before the 2016 election. Melania reportedly had a plan in place to retaliate; she backed out of an overseas trip and stayed at Mar-a-Lago instead.

Stephanie Grisham, who traveled with Melania during that time, suggested that Melania wanted to communicate her anger to the president, aiming to make him feel a bit humiliated. The book also details a heated moment in their marriage when Melania wore a jacket with the controversial phrase, “I Really Don’t Care. Do U?” This sparked a confrontation, with Grisham recalling that Donald Trump summoned them to his office, expressed his displeasure, and decided to provide an official explanation for the jacket.

The book provides a glimpse into the complexities of Melania and Donald Trump’s marriage, shedding light on moments of tension and disagreements during their time in the political spotlight.
