New Champion crowned at Monday Night Raw

The night after Money in the Bank, it seems that we have yet another title change. Seth Rollins failed to defend his Intercontinental Championship against Dolph Ziggler, who captured his sixth IC title tonight.

Ziggler was accompanied by Drew McIntyre, who stared down the Architect the whole match. While the former NXT Champion didn’t get involved physically in the match, his presence was felt, as a distraction from McIntyre caused Rollins to lose focus during a roll-up, allowing Ziggler to counter. Ziggler would hold the tights and pick up the win, picking up the Intercontinental Championship.

After the match, a frustrated Rollins got in Ziggler’s face, only to be assaulted by McIntyre. He and the new champ then finished Rollins off with the Zig-Zag/Claymore before leaving the ring.

With Monday Night Rollins now canceled, what’s next for Seth?
