A lawsuit has been filed against Shane McMahon regarding YOU On Demand security trading. The lawsuit was filed on March 14th.
McMahon was the CEO of YOU On Demand until 2013. He currently serves as the company’s principal executive officer and Vice Chairman of the Board.
