This season of Tough Enough is said to be loaded with tall bodybuilders and bikini and fitness models, with a few football players and two MMA fighters, neither of whom have ever had a professional fight.
WWE is currently seeking pretty women MMA fighters to sign because of their relationship with Tapout, but as well as the popularity that the UFC has with their women stars. Such stars as Ronda Rousey, Miesha Tate and Paige VanZant.
The producers of the show are looking for television characters, not actual good wrestlers. Thus making a lot of wrestlers were very unhappy with the lack of wrestlers being picked because tons of indie guys, including some with fairly good names and genuine ability, sent in applications.
