Eric Bischoff was brought back as the new Executive Director on SmackDown Live and this was certainly an unexpected move by WWE.
According to a report by Wrestle Talk, it is said that some people in WWE are displeased with Bischoff owing to the amount of time he has taken to get started on his new role in the company. He spent the last two weeks moving from Wyoming to Stamford and only began his job last week.
It is to be noted that Bischoff’s role will not be in WWE creative as Dave Meltzer said that he will be used for interfacing and other ways of helping Smackdown Live grow.
