After being promoted from NXT, Aleister Black was almost on the receiving end of a push. Now he is cutting promos backstage, looking for someone to pick a fight with him. The question arises why he has not competed in a long time.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, there is a reason why Black is cutting promos backstage in WWE. It seems he is currently dealing with a knee injury, but the company wants to keep him on television.
Black definitely needs his legs in their best condition for him to unleash his devastating kicks on opponents. So we hope he makes a full recovery soon enough and makes an in-ring return. Hopefully, WWE will have plans for him once he does.
