Rhea Ripley was recently spotted with her fiance and AEW star, Buddy Matthews at UFC 299.
It was noted that during this week’s Raw, WWE shared a photo from UFC 299, as WWE & UFC are part of TKO Group Holdings. The photo came upon as a surprise when Michael Cole said it was WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley, who made her presence felt at the most recent UFC event. Ripley was photographed with her fiance Buddy Matthews of AEW. Cole didn’t mention AEW or Matthews, despite Pat McAfee asking “with who?!” was Ripley sat with.
The couple had announced their engagement last year. Ripley had publicly confirmed she was in a relationship with Matthews in 2022 while engaging with fans on social media. The Judgment Day member and Matthews were in WWE together from 2017 to 2021. Matthews was released by the promotion during a round of talent cuts in June 2021.
Meanwhile, Rhea Ripley is in a love-angle with Dominik Mysterio. Their lighthearted and playful dynamic grabbed the attention of te fans as last year, some fans couldn’t resist shipping the two in real life. It’s quite interesting to note that Dominik recently got married to his childhood love. Dominik Mysterio and Marie Juliette embark on their new journey of marriage, with Rhea Ripley in attendance to show her support for the couple.
