NXT made its debut on the USA Network and they ended the show with a title changing hands.
Roderick Strong was the only member of the Undisputed Era who did not hold a championship. Adam Cole is the NXT Champion and Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish are the NXT Tag Team Champions. However, that finally changed.
To end the USA Network portion of NXT, Velveteen Dream defended his NXT North American Title against Roderick Strong in a singles match. They had an excellent match but then the Undisputed Era got involved in the match.
A distraction from them and a cheap shot by Adam Cole was what gave Strong the opening he needed and he defeated Velveteen Dream to become the new NXT North American Champion.
