– WWE is rumored to be interested in signing current IWGP Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. His contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling is up in January.
Nakamura is currently scheduled to defend the title against AJ Styles at Wrestle Kingdom 10 on January 4, 2016.
– Speaking of AJ Styles, New Japan Pro Wrestling has announced that Styles will return to World Tag League action “as soon as he’s fit.” Styles has been working through back issues that have kept him from wrestling as of late.
