Sasha Banks appeared recently on the Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast. During the interview, Banks referred to the Four Horsewomen (Rousey, Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke) as “just fans”. Sasha said that if they show up in WWE, they need to “get to the back of the line” if they want to wrestle WWE’s Four Horsewomen (Sasha Banks, Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Bayley).
“I feel like I keep hearing rumblings of that too, which is cool. It’s awesome, but we are The Four Horsewomen and they’re just fans. Yeah, and if they wanted to fight us, they need to get in the back of the line like everybody else, get a contract, train down at the Performance Center, get on NXT, and try to get called up just like everybody else.”
Sasha also stated that Rousey is an amazing athlete, but that “she will never be on my level” when it comes to performing in a WWE ring.
The finals of the Mae Young Classic are tomorrow night and Rousey is going to be there. It will be interesting to see if Sasha Banks, Bayley, Becky Lynch and Charlotte show up as well. There has already been a confrontation at the MYC, but Banks was not involved because she was in Australia doing PR work for WWE.
