Secret Service Open Fire For Biden Granddaughter Before Trump Election

According to Mediaite, in a dramatic incident on Sunday night, a Secret Service agent opened fire on suspects attempting to break into a government vehicle parked outside the Washington, D.C. residence of Naomi Biden, the granddaughter of President Joe Biden. The incident involved at least three individuals, and resulted in the destruction of a window on the targeted vehicle. This comes ahead of Joe Biden’s 2024 election campaign against Donald Trump.

A spokesperson for the protective agency released a statement, shedding light on the sequence of events. According to the statement, “During this encounter, a federal agent discharged a service weapon and it is believed no one was struck. The offenders immediately fled the scene in a red vehicle, and a regional lookout was issued to supporting units. There was no threat to any protectees, and the incident is being investigated by the DC Metropolitan Police Department and the Secret Service.”

The targeted individual, Naomi Biden, is the eldest daughter of President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and his first wife, Kathleen Buhle. The location of the incident, the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., adds a layer of significance to the event, given its proximity to the heart of the nation’s capital.

The statement provided by the Secret Service emphasizes that the discharge of the service weapon occurred in response to the suspects breaking a window on a parked and unoccupied government vehicle. The subsequent escape of the offenders in a red vehicle has prompted law enforcement to issue a regional lookout to aid in their apprehension.

While the Secret Service reassures that there was no immediate threat to any protectees, the investigation is underway, with both the DC Metropolitan Police Department and the Secret Service collaborating to unravel the circumstances surrounding the incident. The nature of the break-in, the suspects’ intentions, and any potential connections to the Biden family are likely to be scrutinized as authorities work to piece together the events of that fateful night in Georgetown.
