Seth Rollins talks about fans hating him due to achieving what he always wanted to

Seth Rollin and Bray Wyatt competed in the main event of Hell In A Cell and the ending received a lot of negative backlash from fans. Rollins especially received a lot of hate from fans.

Rollins spoke to WWE After The Bell, where he talked about his feelings regarding all the negative response he gets from the Internet Wrestling Community.

Seth Rollins talked about how he was an “internet darling” way back from the days of Tyler Black until even six months ago. He mentioned that the same people criticizing him and Hell In A Cell were all in favour of him defeating Brock Lesnar back at WrestleMania. To him, nothing has changed except that he became who the fans wanted him to be, but now they hate him for it.

For this reason, he called the audience “very fickle.” He also said the criticism feels awful and talked about the fact that he has put his body on the line for years, competed at the highest level, and considers himself to be one of the best in the business, so it definitely hurts him when he receives negative reactions. He reiterated that everyone is free to their opinion, but said that he’s a human being and the situation is tough to swallow.

Rollins is set to defend his Universal Title against Bray Wyatt at WWE Crown Jewel in a falls count anywhere match.
