Weigh-ins took place Thursday, where co-headliner Carina Damm had to strip naked to the make 126-pound limit for her fight with Tara LaRosa (125 pounds).
Now cleared, she and 11 other main-card fighters are cleared for tonight’s HDNet broadcast, which airs live at 10 p.m. ET (9 p.m. CT local time).
Tonight’s event takes place at Fair Park City Coliseum in Lubbock, Texas. Veteran middleweight Matt Horwich (185.6) meets fellow UFC vet Danillo Villefort (185.6) in the night’s main event. A host of other Texas-based notables and up-and-comers are scheduled for the 13-bout lineup, which marks Shark Fights’ 2011 debut.
