– Thanks to Eric for the following TNA iMPACT spoilers from Monday night’s tapings, airing this Thursday:
* Eric Bischoff comes out with Immortal to introduce Jeff Hardy, new World Champion. Eric cuts a promo on Fortune and puts over everyone in Immortal. Rob Van Dam vs. Jeff Hardy is on tap for tonight. Bischoff talks about Flair. Ric Flair’s music hits and he comes out to the ring. Flair says nobody tells him what to do.
* Hernandez beats Douglas Williams with the Border Toss. Hernandez had Sarita and Rosita with him. Velvet Sky came down to attack them and was saved by Angelina Love. Williams was injured on the Border Toss as trainers came out to check on him. Williams looked really hurt but walked away on his own. The move by Hernandez was described as “brutal.”
* A cooked pig and other island decor is put in the ring before The Pope comes out. Pope talks about his match with Samoa Joe at AAO. Joe’s music hits and Okato attacks Pope. Joe then runs in and puts Pope through a table.
* Kazarian beats Robbie E. by DQ with the X Division Title on the line. Both men cut promos before the match. Cookie is sent to the back but runs back down and hits Kaz for the DQ. Shore beats on Kaz until Traci Brooks returns and makes the save. She brawls with Cookie until it’s broken up.
* Ric Flair meets with Fortune backstage and mocks Eric Bischoff. Flair ices them all and they drink Smirnoff together.
* Matt Hardy defeats AJ Styles. Ric Flair came down during the match and ended up pushing AJ off the ropes. Flair and Hardy double team AJ until Fortune makes the save.
* Mr. Anderson comes out and calls Eric Bischoff to the ring. Anderson isn’t happy about RVD’s match with Hardy and demands a match. Bischoff makes Anderson the special referee for the main event. Anderson Mic Check’s him.
* Sarita and Rosita defeat Velvet Sky and Angelina Love. Velvet and Sarita talk trash after the match. Sarita challenges her to put her career on the line.
* Bully Ray comes out and gets into an argument with Taz and Mike Tenay.
* Jeff Hardy defeats RVD with the TNA World Title on the line and Mr. Anderson as referee. Anderson went down and Hardy hit a low kick on RVD followed by Twist of Hate. After the match, Anderson hit Mic Checks on RVD and Hardy.
