Stephanie McMahon Rejected By Top AEW Stars

Vince McMahon was the CEO of WWE before he had to step down following allegations of sexual misconduct and allegedly having paid $12 million in hush money in a huge scandal. He eventually retired from WWE for good and was replaced by his daughter Stephanie McMahon as the CEO of WWE. His son-in-law Triple H is now the Executive Vice President of Talent and Relations as well. Vince McMahon also lied about quitting WWE recently. 

 


 

According to a report from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, a contracted AEW talent claims that a representative from WWE’s talent relations department recently reached out to them about returning to WWE.

The talent then The talent referred the representative from WWE to their personal representation and reported the contact to higher-ups in AEW. The talent also reportedly told AEW officials that they are happy in AEW and have no interest in leaving the company.

Fightful was able to confirm this claim with the talent themselves but has currently not learned what the contact specifically included and what the WWE representative pitched
