The Club apply for “Karl Anderson” and “Doc Gallows” trademarks

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows are two more names rumored to be walking away from the WWE in the near future. The Club will have the option when their contracts expire this year.

While they haven’t been successful in the tag team division since losing the Raw Tag Team Championship to the returning Hardy Boys at WrestleMania 33, they have recently been given their own show on the WWE Network, Botch Club.

Sadly, it looks like the company may have already canceled the show, much to the delight of Botchamania’s Maffew (understandable).

Recently, Karl Anderson applied for the trademarks ‘Karl Anderson’ and ‘Machine Gun’ through his business entity MG Karl Anderson, LLC, according to Wrestling Inc.

Gallows, as well, through Wrestlemerica, LLC, applied for ‘Doc Gallows.’ Reportedly, he wasn’t able to go for his current ring name, as the WWE already registered ‘Luke Gallows’ back in 2017. Gallows also applied for ‘Good Brother’, ‘Good Brothers’, ‘Big LG’, and ‘Biz Cliz’ throughout January.

Together, Anderson and Gallows also applied for the trademark of ‘Talk’n Shop’, the name of their old comedy podcast which featured plenty of skits and inside jokes that only wrestling fans with background knowledge would get a kick out of.

It’s possible that The Club could be just protecting their intellectual property, and were planning on doing this regardless. However, with their contracts ending this year, one has to wonder what could be in store for the Good Brothers.
