The Rock could face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39

On the weekend of Crown Jewel, leading to the Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar, the finish was changed to drag out their feud to WrestleMania. The Rock is likely to be the opponent for Reigns at WrestleMania 39 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. It has been planned since he can promote the XFL.

The Rock will always be welcomed inside a WWE ring by fans and the management. Since he made it big in Hollywood, The People’s Champion has made sporadic appearances in WWE. The Hollywood megastar recently commented on the possibility of making a return to WWE. Here is what he said:

Possibly down the road. We’ll see. We stay very close, myself and Roman Reigns. I don’t know if I have another title run, considering I’m The People’s Champion. I don’t know if it’s another title run. Possibly, you know, there might be another match down the road. Just, it would have to make sense.”

The Rock is expected to make an appearance at Survivor Series pay-per-view on Sunday, 21 November at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
