The Undertaker Drops Divorce Bombshell

The Undertaker is truly in the world of professional wrestling as he gave more than thirty years of his life to the business. He ended his career at the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view back in 2020, bringing an end to his legacy. The Undertaker also terrified a WWE Superstar before he got fired by the company.

The Undertaker has been married to former WWE Superstar and former WWE Divas & Women’s Champion Michelle McCool for eleven years now and fans were surprised when the two tied the knot back in 2010. Now it seems the two are celebrating their 12th year together and it is certainly a joyous occasion.

The Phenom has worked with the top pro wrestlers in the history of the business throughout the years and has had great matches with many of them. After shedding literal blood, sweat and teras, The Undertaker was recently announced to be inducted into the Hall Of Fame ceremony his year. His pro wrestling career also negatively affected his personal life as well.

The Undertaker recently spoke with the True Geordie podcast, where he talked about spending time on the road in WWE. The Phenom admitted that he never should have gotten married while on the road as it made life difficult.

“I can safely say there was an eight-year stretch where I averaged over 250 dates a year on the road. As you can imagine, you’re so wrapped up in it, and I am so wrapped up in this character. I can’t just come home,” he admitted. “We would be out 40 days, I would come home for five, at the beginning of the third day off, I am ready to go.

I am just conditioned to always be on the go. I wasn’t tuned in to my wife at the time. Probably the biggest negative aspect was my oldest son, I missed him growing up. I wish I could have been a better man and figured that out.

My relationship with my kids, my older kids, they had to pay a sacrifice for me to do and become what I am. You can look back, you learn from your mistakes. I was fortunate enough that I remarried, Michelle and I, now we have young children. So I was blessed enough to get a second chance to be a dad and be a husband. But I had no business being married while trying to build this character and this legacy.”
