Tony Khan provides update on new AEW video game

The wrestling fanbase is an enormous one and there is always a market for an AEW video game. Ever since the formation of AEW, there have been rumors about a future game for the company. Now, the AEW President, Tony Khan, has provided an update about the video game during his interview with PW Insider.

Tony Khan talked about the fact that Kenny Omega and Nick Sobek were involved in the making of the game.

“I can’t say much but it’s going to be really great and I’m excited. Kenny Omega is a genius in this space and he’s taken a lot of personal involvement into it and I’m really excited about what our team, Nick Sobek and Kenny, and the group they’re working with have put together. “

As was previously reported, AEW games will host an event on 10th November 2020. The commentators said that the event will reveal the future of the AEW video game during this week’s AEW Dynamite.

Previously, Cody Rhodes talked about the AEW game before as well.

“I’ll give the honest update: the AEW video game will be something all fans know about as we begin the process and as we move forward. If we were to make a very good game, which is our intention, it’s going to take time. Game development is arduous, it’s a very creative space, and we want to do it right. We will keep people updated, it won’t come as a surprise, we want them to take the journey with us. Be extra patient so we can deliver.”

What the event will reveal about the game is not known at this moment.
