WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus, who had an extensive program against Becky Lynch earlier this year, hasn’t ruled out the possibility of winning her 8th Women’s Title in WWE. Trish Stratus and Becky Lynch engaged in a feud that dominated WWE television for several months, culminating in a steel cage match at WWE Payback, which Stratus lost.
In a conversation with Chris Van Vliet, Stratus shared that the original plan was for her run to conclude at WrestleMania 39. However, the storyline extended, allowing her to participate in various matches, such as a Ladder Match and a bout in Saudi Arabia. Reflecting on her extended run, Stratus expressed satisfaction in being able to engage with the current wrestling landscape and check boxes that weren’t possible in her earlier career.
When asked about the potential of winning her 8th Women’s Title, Stratus responded positively, stating, “I could become an eight-time champ. That sounds good to me. Why not?” This comment suggests that Stratus is open to the idea of adding another championship to her impressive list of accomplishments in WWE.
