Donald Trump has announced: Legal Scholars are extremely thankful for the Supreme Court’s Decision today to take up Presidential Immunity. Without Presidential Immunity, a President will not be able to properly function, or make decisions, in the best interest of the United States of America. Presidents will always be concerned, and even paralyzed, by the prospect of wrongful prosecution and retaliation after they leave office. This could actually lead to the extortion and blackmail of a President. The other side would say, “If you don’t do something, just the way we want it, we are going to go after you when you leave office, or perhaps even sooner.”

If there is no Immunity, the Presidency, as we know it, will “no longer exist.” Many actions for the benefit of our Country will not be taken. This is in no way what the Founders had in mind. Legal Experts and Scholars have stated that the President must have Full Presidential Immunity. A President must be free to make proper decisions. His mind must be clear, and he must not be guided by the fear of retribution!
Fox News host Sean Hannity recently clarified on his show on Tuesday that President Joe Biden’s planned visit to the border this week is “beyond disgraceful,” nothing but a “cynical, sick political stunt.” It has been noted that he will be at the border to interview former President Donald Trump via Mediaite.
Hannity launched an angry rant against Biden’s border policies during the segment, bemoaning how Republicans are being blamed for killing a border bill that had bipartisan support, even though that’s exactly what they did at the direction of Trump:
Only now, amidst all of this chaos, all of a sudden, Joe Biden has said “the border is secure, the border is closed.” Now all of a sudden, he’s blaming Republicans, saying, “I’ve done all that I can and they won’t help me.” And now he’s planning to visit the border on Thursday by going to Brownsville in Texas, a reliably blue city deep in south Texas where, by the way, a whopping only 12 people apprehended trying to cross yesterday. And Joe is going to the border the same day that President Trump is going.
But just like in East Palestine, Ohio, where he was a year late and a dollar short, Joe is, what, three years and nearly 10 million unvetted Joe Biden illegal immigrants allowed into our country, coming from countries like Iran and Syria, Egypt and Afghanistan, and yup, China and Russia. It is nothing in the case of Biden on Thursday, a cynical, sick political stunt by the president. And frankly, it is beyond disgraceful.
