Donald Trump is having a hard time in New York. The former president has two people who aren’t ready to spare anything he does. These two people are Judge Arthur Engoron and New York Attorney General Letitia James. Trump had a busy Wednesday as he was called to the witness stand and had Michael Cohen in the courtroom.
The 45th president of the United States walked out for a couple of minutes from the courtroom and attacked Cohen, James, clerk, and the trial. His remarks made a reporter ask the question “President Trump, did you violate the gag order just now?”

Judge Engoron asked Trump what he meant when he called “a very partisan person sitting alongside him.” The judge asked Trump when he was in the witness stand. Trump didn’t give a satisfactory answer, leading Judge Engoron to fine him $10,000. This is the second instance when Trump has been fined for violating the gag order.
His previous fine was $5,000. Judge even warned Trump of serious actions if there wasn’t enough care in his remarks going forward. MSNBC’s Dasha Burns shared the inside courtroom situation in her words below:
DASHA BURNS: Well, Katie, a lot of drama in the last hour. In fact, former President Trump just stormed out of the courtroom. To everyone’s surprise, some gasps and the court has Secret Service agents chasing him. The motorcade lining up for him right now after taking the stand.

Afterwards, the cross-examination of Michael Cohen continued. At one point, Trump’s attorney asked the judge for a direct verdict because, quote, “The state’s key witness has just testified the defendant did not inflate his numbers,” essentially asking the judge to finish the case and the trial right there. The judge immediately denied that motion, and that is when the former president stood up and angrily stormed out of the courtroom.
According to Mediaite, Trump stepped out 45-minutes later after the judge denied a defense motion for a directed verdict. This move shocked the secret service division. It elicited gasps from the courtroom and left the secret service team puzzled.
Today as Michael Cohen was exiting court, Donald Trump was heard to say "This is not going to end up very good for him.”

Trump stated “The witness just admitted that we won the trial and the judge should end this trial immediately. Thank you.” It would be interesting to see about what comes out of this situation.
