President Joe Biden and other leftists made fun of former President Donald Trump on social media after he claimed to have won two golf awards at his West Palm Beach club.
Even at 77, Trump enjoys playing golf a lot. On Sunday, he shared his accomplishments on social media before going to a fancy event where golf star Jack Nicklaus gave him a trophy while wife Melania looked on.

It occurred just hours before the former president would lose that club due to a possible seizure by liberal New York State Attorney General Letitia James if he is unable to pay a staggering $454 million fraud fine.
Trump wrote on Truth Social: ‘It is my great honor to be at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach tonight, AWARDS NIGHT, to receive THE CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY & THE SENIOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY. I WON BOTH!’
It has been noted that photos from the evening show Trump being presented with a trophy by Nicklaus, the all-time leader in the sport with 18 major championships and who endorsed the ex-president in 2020.
Trump could hardly contain his excitement over how the evening went at his golf club.
‘A large and golfing talented membership, a GREAT and difficult course, made the play very exciting. The qualifying and match play was amazing. A large and distinguished group will be there tonight. Very exciting, thank you!!!’
Melania Trump, the former First Lady who had been absent lately due to her mother’s passing earlier this year, stood behind her husband as he received awards and gave a brief speech about his enjoyment of playing. A social media account captured Trump practicing his game and making a birdie putt on the greens this weekend. He also delivered a speech discussing the success of his afternoon on the course.
However, many liberals chose to mock the ex-president’s announcement, including Biden.
‘Congratulations, Donald. Quite the accomplishment,’ Biden posted to X, dryly.
Former MSNBC anchor Keith Olbermann, who recently sparked outrage hoping Trump would be assassinated, wrote: ‘Oh, man. Beating up Dishonest J. Trump over his…golf game.’
‘He’s too nice to note that Trump is a notorious cheater at golf,’ added Bloomberg Opinion editor Tim O’Brien.
