Jake Paul has really become a voice for boxing and UFC lately and it’s admittedly odd. We’re here for it though as Jake Paul always knows how to stir the pot. Jake Paul was first asked if he saw the fight that upset many Manny Pacquiao fans which was the Yordenis Ugas and Manny Pacquiao bout. With anticipation in his eyes for what he was about to say, Jake Paul started off by saying that he did see the fight and then he went deeper into detail.
Jake stated that he has nothing but respect for Manny Pacquiao, in fact, not only does Jake Paul feel that Manny is a legend, but he has always been an inspiration to Jake Paul as well. Paul then gave credit to Manny for being such a legend and for putting up a fight. Sadly, the conversation then took a turn.
As transcribed by Wrestling-Edge, Jake Paul then stated: “Father time, man. It catches up to all of them. Look at Mayweather, look at Pacquiao. Pacquiao is a legend – he’s one of my inspirations, credit to him, but you gotta know when to hang it up.”
Very bold words by Jake Paul indeed and we wonder how this will go on the side of Manny.
