TMZ, which first reported Miller’s arrest, provided additional details about the incident. On August 29th, an altercation reportedly occurred at the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood involving Miller. According to the police report, a fan approached Miller at the club to greet him, but the situation quickly escalated into a verbal confrontation. Allegedly, Miller put the individual in a chokehold before security personnel intervened to defuse the situation. Miller reportedly left the club before law enforcement arrived at the scene but was subsequently arrested when he returned to the club the following day.
