Bisping’s experience flying with Vin Diesel on his private jet was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the former UFC champion. It’s not every day that one gets to fly in a private jet, especially with a Hollywood superstar. The fact that Bisping was able to do so as a result of his connection to Vin Diesel makes it even more special.
The two became close while working together on the set of ‘XXX: Return of Xander Cage,’ which was released in 2017. Bisping played the role of ‘Hawk’ in the movie, which also starred Deepika Padukone, Samuel L. Jackson, and Ruby Rose.
It’s clear that Bisping had a great time while promoting the film in Brazil, and the unexpected cancellation of his flight must have been a huge disappointment. However, the opportunity to fly back with Vin Diesel on his private jet made up for it. It’s not surprising that Bisping jumped at the chance to travel in such luxury.
Although this may have been Bisping’s first and only experience flying private, it’s likely that he will never forget it. Flying private is a luxury that few people get to experience, and doing so with a Hollywood icon like Vin Diesel only makes it that much more memorable. Bisping’s connection to Vin Diesel has clearly opened up some amazing opportunities for him, and it will be interesting to see what other experiences he will have in the future thanks to this connection.
“When I was promoting XXX, I was down in Brazil when I filmed that movie with Vin Diesel… We have a good weekend… Sunday morning I got an email that my flights been canceled because of the weather.”
He continued:“Then I get a knock on the door by Vin’s security guard, he’s like, “Mr. Diesel wants to know if you’d like to escort him on his private jet home.” I’m like, “You bet your a** I do.” That’s the only time I’ve ever flown private.”
