Vince McMahon Huge ‘Retirement’ News Leaks

Vince McMahon has been the chairman of WWE since the 1980s and has been through it all with the company – competition from rivals, multiple scandals and a part of many beloved storylines while also helping create several of the beloved superstars that kept us tuned in over the years. This top name ‘outraged’ Vince McMahon before his firing.

During a recent interview on Recode Media podcast, WWE President Nick Khan recently gave new light on when we could potentially expect McMahon to step down – spoiler alert, it doesn’t appear like that it will be on the radar anytime soon. In fact, Khan joked that McMahon could be at the helm of his current posititon nearly fifty years from now. Credit to NoDQ.com for the following quote.

Khan told the podcast: “I don’t think Vince has any plans, nor in my opinion should he, of stepping aside. He’s 75, he’ll be 76 in a couple of weeks. He’s healthy, he’s strong, maybe he goes another 50 years and you’ll be asking me this in 49 years.”

Vince McMahon recently rehired two fired WWE stars. In other news regarding Vince McMahon, during a recent appearance on ‘Insight With Chris Van Vliet’, former WWE star Ariya Daivari discussed the WWE chairman and the opportunity he had to be in the company. “I tell a lot of people that I can take a nice breath of fresh air and say ‘I’ve done it,”‘ Daivari said. “That thing that used to keep me up at night as an indie wrestler. I just kept thinking over and over ‘what do I have to do to make it?’ But I did it, I made it. I wrestled on a pay per view, on NXT, on Monday Night RAW. I got to have conversations with Vince McMahon and Triple H, I did all these things. So I got to do all of these things I wanted to do, so a small part of me is like I can close that chapter and go to another part of my wrestling career. Luckily this is a great time because places like AEW, New Japan, IMPACT, all these places are popping up. I can say I know what it’s like to wrestle for Vince, now let’s see what it’s like in the other places.”
