– Cassandra Frazier, the widow of former WWE Superstar Nelson Frazier Jr. (Viscera, Big Daddy V) filed a lawsuit against WWE on February 18th in Memphis, Tennessee.
The lawsuit lifts Cassandra and Nelson as plaintiffs and alleges that he passed away due to the cumulative effect of punishment he took in the ring, including concussions and brain trauma.
As of this morning, WWE had not been served with the lawsuit. They likely will be releasing a statement today and we’ll keep you updated.
