Hollywood power couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have initiated the sale of one of the properties from their extensive real estate portfolio. The five-bedroom home, located in the Baltimore suburb of Owings Mills, MD, recently hit the market for $795,000 and is currently pending sale. The property, last purchased in 2012 for $460,000, is held under a trust also associated with other homes owned by the Smiths.
Speculations suggest that the property might have served as the residence for Jada Pinkett Smith’s mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, a Baltimore native who co-hosted the Emmy-winning talk show “Red Table Talk” with Jada Pinkett Smith and granddaughter Willow Smith from 2018 to 2023.
Situated in the Greenspring Valley neighborhood on a 0.70-acre lot, the charming property underwent several cosmetic upgrades before being listed. Improvements include a newly paved driveway, new front walkway, and a new garage door to enhance curb appeal.
The 3,184-square-foot house boasts new luxury vinyl plank flooring on the first floor, new bay windows, and a new gas fireplace in the living room to enhance its cozy ambiance. Two of the five bedrooms are en suite, with the main-level primary bedroom featuring a gas fireplace, heated floors, dual vanities, a sunken tub, a steam shower, and a walk-in closet.
The kitchen is equipped with Shaker-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The backyard, surrounded by trees, offers privacy and features a large pool, hot tub, and a koi pond for outdoor enjoyment.
While this property is a modest part of the Smiths’ real estate holdings, their portfolio includes notable properties like a 150-acre compound in Calabasas, CA, comprising a 25,000-square-foot main house, an 11,000-square-foot gymnasium, an artificial lake, and 70 acres of open space. Additionally, the couple owns homes in Woodland Hills and Hidden Hills, both located just outside Los Angeles, along with their daughter Willow’s scenic single-story home in Malibu, CA, purchased in 2020 for $3.1 million.
