Pro wrestler accidentally sets himself on fire

Fans have witnessed numerous hardcore spots over the years that involve fire. While it is certainly a risky affair, the pro wrestlers make sure safety is maintained.

During Xtreme Pro Wrestling’s most recent Killafornia event, XPW World Champion Masada competed in a match. However, what happened during the match ended up shocking fans.

As seen in the clip below, Masada set himself on fire when he drank some alcohol and blew right into a wooden stick engulfed in flames. Naturally, this completely shocked fans in attendance. The twelve-second clip concludes with MASADA moving frantically around the ring slapping his face as he tries to put out the fire. Masada was clearly in pain after the spot and was immediately attended to by referees and other personnel.

The match was held by Xtreme Pro Wrestling (XPW) and took place during their Killafornia 2 PPV this weekend. MASADA was part of a tournament called King of the Death Match and wrestled three matches that night.

Aside from XPW, MASADA has also wrestled for ROH, Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) Game changer Wrestling (GCW) and Big Japan Pro-Wrestling. He also appeared on AEW Dark Elevation in a losing effort to Austin and Colten Gunn.
