WWE Bringing Recruits to SoCal, Live Event Booking After SummerSlam, More

– WWE’s shop website has released a new Iron Wrath t-shirt for Triple H as well as new retro t-shirts for Starrcade and The Great American Bash, among others.

– Since Randy Orton has returned, WWE Champion CM Punk will be moving back to the RAW live event tours. Following SummerSlam, top stars for each tour are John Cena, CM Punk, Big Show, Rey Mysterio and Daniel Bryan on the RAW shows and Sheamus, Randy Orton, Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler, Christian, Cody Rhodes and Sin Cara on the SmackDown shows. However, when it comes to TV, Mysterio will still be on the blue brand. Triple H will continue to be pushed with Sheamus and Orton as the top three stars for SmackDown TV tapings even though his role is just to do off-camera angles.

– WWE is doing another big tryout camp with more than 50 athletes they’ve recruited two days after SummerSlam. The tryouts will take place in Southern California. Regarding WWE’s recent recruiting, some in the company have noted criticism of them for trying to recruit former Division I college athletes as opposed to independent wrestlers.
