– VRFocus.com reports that WWE is currently testing out virtual reality content. The news was revealed at the 2015 Consumer Electronics Shows (CES) in Las Vegas this week.
WWE’s Chief Strategy & Financial Officer George A. Barrios said the company is currently testing virtual reality content at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando. He said:
“It’s very, very early days… it’s very expensive; the amount of cameras and post-production needed. We’re early days on what the content might be. We saw the live content – Cirque du Soleil – and we were blown away.”
