WWE Diva Severely Drunk During Accident

WWE Hall Of Famer Tammy Lynn Sytch has had a very rough few years as she has been in and out of jail.She always manages to get in trouble with the law and it has happened agian and again this year. She was arrested in New Jersey for unlawful possession of a weapon and terroristic threats. The WWE Hall of Famer has a history of disturbing and erratic behavior.

 


 

According to a report by TMZ Sports, the legal documents revealed that Sunny was arrested in Keansburg, New Jersey. The former WWE Superstar was then booked into the Monmouth County jail  A couple of the charges are related to illegally possessing a weapon.

The weapons charges are classified as a third degree offence in the state of New Jersey. Terroristic threats are considered as a fourth degree offence. Sunny has been arrested six times for DUI in the past.

That is not all she did, as she killed a man in a car crash. The driver of the vehicle hit by Sytch, identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter Jr. of Daytona Beach Shores, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators now beleive that there is enough evidence to pick her up on charges of DUI manslaughter after toxicology tests confirmed suspicions that she was under the influence at the time of the accident.

According to NewsDaytonaBeach, police tested Sytch for blood alcohol level in the wake of the horrific crash and found it to be 0.28, which is 3.5 times higher than the legal limit.

“Sytch was under investigation by the Ormond Beach Police Department following a crash in March that claimed the life of Julian Lasseter. Investigators obtained a warrant shortly after the crash to test Sytch’s blood and found her blood alcohol content level to be 0.280—3 ½ times over the legal limit.”
