WWE Star Put Loaded Gun On Co-Worker’s Head

In the world of professional wrestling, where drama and theatrics are part of the entertainment, it’s not uncommon for wrestlers to engage in heated disputes and confrontations. However, former WWE Superstar Rene Dupree recently revealed an incident that went beyond the boundaries of normal wrestling drama.

During a podcast appearance on Cafe de Rene, Dupree claimed that his fellow WWE Superstar Big Show once put a loaded gun to his head during a trip to Iraq for a Tribute to the Troops show in 2004. Dupree, who was just 21 years old at the time, recounted how he had a broken nose, a concussion, and food poisoning during the trip, which coincided with his birthday.

According to Dupree, he was feeling unwell due to the food poisoning and was being berated by wrestler Bradshaw (real name John Layfield) when Big Show intervened. However, instead of diffusing the situation, Big Show allegedly took out a loaded gun and held it to Dupree’s head.

Dupree described the incident as an “uneasy feeling” and emphasized that putting a loaded weapon to someone’s head is never acceptable, regardless of the circumstances. He also pointed out that Big Show’s large fingers could have easily caused the gun to discharge with just a little pressure.

“I told Johnny I don’t wanna go, but if you need me, I’ll be there, and of course, I was there. Was it scary? No, I had a broken nose, a f**king concussion, I got food poisoning, it was my 21st birthday. Because I got food poisoning, Bradshaw was f**king on my a**. Big Show took a loaded f**king gun [and] stuck it to my f**king head. That’s an uneasy feeling right there. When someone puts a loaded weapon to your f**king head, especially Big Show whose fingers are the size (…) a little bit of pressure there. You don’t stick a gun in someone’s face. So, yeah, did I have fun? No, it sucked.”

It’s worth noting that Dupree’s claims have not been corroborated by Big Show or any other wrestlers who were present during the incident. The WWE has not issued a statement regarding the allegation either. However, Dupree’s account serves as a reminder that even in the world of wrestling, where scripted confrontations are the norm, there is a line that should never be crossed.
