Finn Balor recently lost his Intercontinental Title to Shinsuke Nakamura and is now booked in a feud against a returning Bray Wyatt. Balor will be taking a break from WWE following Summerslam and he is also booked for a match at the Smackville event.
Bray Wyatt’s dismantle of Finn Balor led fans to believe that the two competitors will have an all-out war at Summerslam. However, according to a report by Brad Shepard, there is a chance we might not be seeing Finn Balor as the Demon King at the event.
I’m told the current plan is for Finn Balor to NOT portray the ‘Demon’ character when he loses to Bray Wyatt at #WWE SummerSlam.
Perhaps WWE will have something interesting in store for their feud this time around.
