‘Broken’ Matt Hardy has released a new video, alongside Brother Nero, on his official YouTube channel in which The Hardys are shown ‘reincarnating’ the Impact Tag Team titles. Hardy ended the video with a rant against Impact and dared them not to challenge their ‘Broken Brilliance.’
