The Queen’s luck seems to be spiraling downward. It was noted earlier this week that Charlotte Flair would have to go under the knife to repair a ruptured implant. It’s believed that she’ll miss a few weeks when the surgery takes place, and it’s unknown if she’ll work the MITB match or not.
With the former Women’s Champion missing out on a few weeks of pay, she decided to work the current tour, and it looks like she may have injured herself a bit more.

A fan tweeted out a video of Charlotte saying that she lost her teeth. It’s unknown how severe the injury is or how many teeth she lost. The incident took place during a match between herself and Smackdown Women’s Champion Carmella. Carmella retweeted a fan’s tweet, further confirming that the injury did occur.
