Did Braun Strowman turn heel on Raw?

Braun Strowman

The ending segment of last week’s episode of Raw had a lot of people wondering if it was an indication of the trio of Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins turning heel.

While this rumor turned out to be false, the latest episode of Monday Night Raw makes it seem like the whole thing could have been a setup of a heel turn from a different star.

The main event of this week’s Raw saw Braun Strowman teaming up with Universal Champion Roman Reigns to face the duo of Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre.

During the match, however, Strowman not only refused to tag with Reigns but ended up joining McIntyre and Ziggler into a post-match beatdown on the Universal Champion.

After aligning himself with the heels on Raw, the big question coming out of the show is that if this was the set up for a Braun Strowman heel turn or just a tactic from the Monster Among Men to deal with the reunited trio of the Shield.

Do you think this was a heel turn from Braun Strowman or you think he will still emerge as a face next week? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.

Turn him heel and add Paul heyman as their manager best 3 man group in wwe today!!!

  • Nicholas Giambattista

Yep let not forget also Roman Regins and Braun Strowman are rivials. So they will always be fighting.

He’ll work with Ziggler and McIntyre to counter the Shield until the Australian show, then he’ll turn on them both, and be back to a top face. He’ll be cheered the whole time, and won’t change his character at all.

WWE just trolling it’s fans again.

Like the Shield “heel” turn last week, I will wait to see how this plays out before I say yay or nay.
Could just be him temporarily allying himself with the heels to get revenge on the Shield.

Last week with the Shield was never a heel turn. Reigns may get boo’d but they don’t boo Rollins and Ambrose. Braun of late is neither a heel nor face. He gets cheered no matter what he does, and “turning” on Reigns would have the crowd cheering.

No it not a heel turn it call pay back. Lets not also forget it was us the people who love Braun Strowman. Braun Strowman rather he is face or heel is the next big thing in wrestling fans eye. We know he will be Champion and he is going to start a new era when he does win. For now I just want to see how this plays out.

I refuse to accept this as a heel turn. This would have to be a double turn with Shield going heel and Ziggler and McIntyre going face. I refuse to accept WWE’s lazy booking. I refuse to accept Reigns as a face at the expense of someone who is actually over as a face, Strowman, going heel. Fuuuck you WWE and your stupid booking. We hate your boy, we will always hate your boy. Accept it and move on.

    This is another “DUH” moment…
