Hunter Biden’s ‘Sugar Daddy’ Revealed

In an affidavit released by the House Ways and Means Committee, IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley claims that the CIA influenced Assistant United States Attorney Lesley Wolf to impede an investigation into Hunter Biden. Shapley, a lead investigator with the IRS Criminal Division, was probing Biden in August 2021 when Wolf informed him that she and DOJ Tax Attorney Jack Morgan had attended a classified briefing at CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

During this briefing, discussions centered on Kevin Morris, a close associate and benefactor of Hunter Biden. Shapley’s team had considered using Morris as a witness in their case against Biden. However, Wolf allegedly shut down this possibility following the CIA meeting. Shapley stated in his affidavit, “AUSA Wolf stated that they were provided a classified briefing in relation to Mr. Morris and as a result we could no longer pursue him as a witness.”

Kevin Morris has financially supported Hunter Biden, purchasing 11 of his paintings and loaning him at least $5 million to cover tax debts and personal expenses, according to a January press release by Republican Kentucky Rep. James Comer.

Shapley requested a classified briefing from Wolf to understand the information that led to Morris being ruled out as a witness. Despite initial indications that she might facilitate such a briefing, Wolf reportedly ignored multiple attempts by Shapley to arrange it. Shapley recounted, “Although AUSA Wolf initially appeared to be receptive to facilitating a briefing for me on the information, she ignored multiple attempts by me to arrange the briefing.”

Wolf’s demeanor upon returning from the CIA meeting also caught Shapley’s attention. She allegedly flaunted agency-branded merchandise, including a CIA mug, and mentioned purchasing other items at the CIA gift shop. Shapley shared, “AUSA Wolf proudly referenced a CIA mug and stated that she purchased some CIA ‘swag’ at the gift shop while she was there.”
