Smackdown Live is ready to set things up for the Elimination Chamber. On last week’s episode of Smackdown Live, Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura teamed up and attacked R-Truth, who won the United States Championship. The match ended in controversy and it was intended to be like that.
After the beatdown, Rusev and Nakamura were confronted by Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, who then challenged the two to a tag team match. Rusev told Nakamura he’s giving him one shot, and the tag team match will take place next week.
Both Randy Orton and Mustafa Ali are scheduled to compete in the Elimination Chamber. They are also set to face off against each other in a match next week on Smackdown Live.
WWE Champion Daniel Bryan was displeased that he will have to defend his WWE title in an Elimination Chamber match. Now he will be facing one of the challengers in a non-title match next week as Bryan is scheduled to compete against Jeff Hardy.
We will have to wait and see what happens in these matches.
