A Roman Reigns vs. The Rock match has been teased a number of times and it appears that the Universal Champion is eyeing a very interesting destination for this bout.
The Big Dog recently had an interview with Ryan Satin of Fox Sports and when asked about a potential match with The Great One, he said that it will make sense for them to face off at WrestleMania 39 in Los Angeles:
“We’ll go to Hollywood for WrestleMania 39, and I think it just makes sense, he’s the biggest box office attraction for the big screen. So, to be able to take that and match it up with the biggest box office attraction in sports entertainment, I think some magic would be made.”

The Rock has also previously shown interest in facing his cousin in a match and when asked about it, Dwayne Johnson said that he would be honoured to put over the Universal Champion:
“But you know what, the truth is, I would be honored not only to share the ring with Roman and to go back to the WWE. But of course, I would be honored to have him raise his hand in that one.”
For those who don’t know, WWE recently announced new plans for a few upcoming editions of WrestleMania and the company confirmed that the Show Of Shows will be returning to Los Angeles in 2023.
