WWE SmackDown is the second longest running weekly episodic show and it seems that WWE are planning to bring fans back in attendance on the live shows.
WWE SmackDown to have live fans?
WWE did not allow fans in attendance throughout the pandemic and instead they came up with the idea of WWE ThunderDome. Touring and live shows in different cities were also stopped due to the given circumstances.
However, the fans were recently allowed in the show at WrestleMania 37 with limited seats having a capacity of 25,000 seats.
Now as per the internal information shared by the sources to Mark Zarian of Mat Men Pro Wrestling podcast, WWE are planning to hit the road soon. Daniel Bryan ‘Rejected’ Major WWE Money Offer
He went on to reveal that WWE is eyeing to start their touring in the month of July. It is likely to be a one week plan from July 16-19.
Mark Zarian said:
“It looks like WWE is going to be touring starting July 16. This is for the main roster shows, so SmackDown would be the first(main roster show to have) live audience.”
He then read the message he received from the source which simply states: “Fans back with July 16-19”.
Though the news has not been confirmed but apparently that is the plan as of now.
