Triple H & Edge Reveal Truth After Departure Rumors

Triple H’s reported removal from WWE’s board, leading to speculation about a WWE exit, and Edge’s WWE contract exipiring, have fueled departure rumors with fans. WWE has been sold to UFC’s parent company, Endeavor. In a statement, Endeavor announced a “definitive agreement” that will see WWE come under the company’s ownership in an estimated $9.3 billion deal.

The deal will see Endeavor from a new publicly listed company, consisting of both WWE and UFC. Endeavor will hold a 51% controlling interest in the new company and existing WWE shareholders will hold a 49% interest in the new company.

Triple H is not a on board of directors

During the Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash was asked about his old friend Triple H not being on the Board of Directors anymore. Nash said that Triple H is trying as hard as he can to close this merger as soon as possible. He said:

“Whenever we talk, I just know that he wants the merger to be done. That’s the thing, like ‘let’s get this f*cking thing over with.’ It’s not like he’s upset at anything or sick of anything, like he’s going ‘they do this, this, and this,’ but it’s never an ultimatum. He does his job.”

“I just sent him a text after SummerSlam to say that I enjoyed SummerSlam. He said, ‘thanks.’”

Edge snubs AEW rumors

The WWE Hall of Famer also made it clear that whatever he does next in his career, whether it be appearing in Percy Jackson, or elsewhere, he is doing it because he’s having fun. He also seemed to really enjoy his morning coffee during that video.
