Donald Trump is trying everything to regain the confidence of his voters. He is doing this despite all the cases against him. Notably, Trump has four indictment cases against him but that hasn’t stopped him from campaigning for his 2024 Presidential campaign.
Trump was in Sioux City, Iowa on Sunday and addressed a rally. During the speech Donald Trump talked about Hungary and its Prime Minister Viktor Orban. He tried to talk about Hungary, the eastern European geography and the current situation in the area. During his speech he said that Hungary shares its borders with Ukraine and Russia.
Vitkor Orban, did anyone ever hear of Viktor Orban? He’s the head of Hungary. Hungary, fronts on both Ukraine and Russia.

Donald Trump makes a factual error during his rally
While Trump was right about Ukraine, he was far wrong about Russia. Ukraine shares its borders with Hungary in the western edge, but Hungary and Russia are far way and there’s no interconnect between the two countries.
According to Mediaite, progressive media watchdog Ron Filipkowski took note of these comments and shared them on X. Trump has claimed in the past that if he was in power, Russian President Vladimir Putin wouldn’t have invaded Ukraine or taken control of the Donbas region. It needs to be seen if he corrects his statement or sticks with it despite being factually wrong.

Do you think Trump will apologize for his comments? Chime in.
