It has been noted that Jamie Foxx was groping a clubgoer in December 2008. He was seen grabbing the backside of a woman he had met seconds earlier via Daily Mail.
Foxx is currently the subject of a lawsuit filed by a New York woman who says the Ray star groped her breasts and genitals at a rooftop bar in 2015. The outlet revealed that the embattled actor has previously been seen getting handsy with women, with a witness to the 2008 incident that happened during a DJ set at a nightclub saying they filmed it because they were ‘shocked’ by his behavior.
The witness told DailyMail.com: ‘I remember I was pretty shocked when I saw what happened and that’s why I filmed it.
‘I could not believe that he would grab a stranger like that. I don’t know who she was. It was not announced that he was performing at the club that night, so I don’t know if he just showed up or if it was a secret arrangement.’
The clip, which was shot inside the now defunct Club Mansion in New York on December 16 2008, opens with Foxx, dressed entirely in black, singing on stage. Seconds later, a scantily dressed clubber backs into the Oscar winner and begins twerking with him. He is then seen running his hands up and down her back, buttocks and thighs.
He is briefly seen grinding against the woman’s backside, at which point she stands up and turns around to look at him before moving away as he continues his performance.
The witness added: ‘It was on some sort of stage but not set up for a performance. He only performed that one song Blame it on the Alcohol, which was a big hit back then, and did some DJ-ing.
‘I remember a girl who was next to me looking at me in disbelief – like what just happened?’
