Former WWE star Lana (now known as CJ Perry in AEW) was scheduled to be at CMLL representing Andrade El Idolo, but she had to miss out on that show as well as the 16th December episode of AEW Collision due to a severe infection on her finger, which worried fans.
It came to light that her infection worsened, which is why CJ Perry had to undergo emergency surgery to save her finger. Thankfully, CJ Perry’s husband Miro took to his Instagram and uploaded a photo of Perry at the hospital, revealing that her surgery was a success and she is now recovering.
”Out of surgery. Time to eat.”
Providing a subsequent update on Monday, she disclosed that she has spent over 50 hours in the ER and hospital. Unfortunately, the infection has worsened, and she is now scheduled for surgery.
“I have been in the ER and hospital for over 50 hours. The infection has gotten worse, and I’m going into surgery tonight. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I love you all”
CJ Perry seemed to be in a positive mood, but it must be difficult considering the horrible situation. Hopefully, Miro is around to provide support for her during this time. She certainly has a ton of fans supporting her.
