Popular singer Jennifer Lopez recently looked “merry and bright” at her holiday party. It has been noted on Saturday evening that Lopez, 54, and her husband, Ben Affleck, threw a star-studded Christmas bash at their home in Los Angeles, with Margot Robbie, Michael B. Jordan, Jennifer Lewis and Lily Rabe among the many guests in attendance.
In the singer’s Tuesday Instagram post, she included three pictures featuring her Christmas-inspired look. The Hustlers star posed in the reflection of her mirror while she wore a Magda Butrym red gown. PEOPLE reported that the photographed red ensemble is the dress she wore for the couple’s holiday party.
It has been noted that one photo included a shot of Lopez putting on her lipgloss while she showed off her long-sleeve, form-fitting, floor-length red gown, which featured rose appliques on her right shoulder.
Another photo is a closeup shot of the singer staring directly at her reflection, showing her makeup glam, a dark bronzed smokey eye, a bright peach blush and nude metallic lipgloss. Lopez’s hair was styled with an old Hollywood glamour-inspired blowout.
The last photo shows the actress staring at her final look as she places her lipgloss back on her vanity while her hairstylist, Lorenzo Martin, stands in the background.
The Marry Me star also had an outfit change later in the evening, switching to a blue-green sequined dress. Lopez’s second look is visible in a video of the Grammy nominee singing alongside guest Jenifer Lewis, 66. The two gathered behind a grand piano and performed a special rendition of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” for the guests.
“They threw a really fun party,” a source told PEOPLE on Sunday. The insider shared that Lopez led the partygoers into singing Christmas carols late into the night.
